National Conference on Next Generation Sustainable Technologies for Small Scale Producers, September seventh through the nineth 2022

Purpose

To create a road map for developing and delivering the next generation of soil, air and water technologies in support of sustainable production systems on small and limited  resource farms; identify gaps, needs and recommendations for NIFA; and ensure access to technology with consideration for affordability and applicability.

Abstract Format

Abstracts (300 words) should be written in English and typed, single-spaced, in size 12 font. Prepare the abstract as an 8½ x 11 in. Word document with 1-inch margins. Center the title (maximum 12 words, bold type, all caps) at the top of the page. Leave one line of space after the title and list all authors and their affiliations, including city, state/province and country. The name of the correspondent/ presenting author should be underlined. Leave one line of space after the authors and begin the abstract text. Leave one line of space between paragraphs. Do not indent paragraphs.

Submit abstracts and full papers electronically to program chairs (Word document).

  • ABSTRACT DEADLINE: July 31, 2022 (Deadline extension will be granted upon request)
  • FULL PAPER DEADLINE: extended until December 15, 2022. (Limit full paper to 6 pages.)

A peer-reviewed and published (Springer) copy of the conference proceeding will be distributed to all authors.

There will be an opportunity to submit full papers after the conference. Full papers will be peer-reviewed and published in the conference proceedings.
